Terms & Conditions

General

  • Prices are valid until 1 January 2009 and are inclusive of VAT.  From Monday 1 December 2008, VAT will be charged on all applicable items at 15%.
  • All items are subject to availability.
  • All product descriptions, measurements and prices were correct at the time of publishing.
  • Every effort has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions.
  • Bonne Fête's total liability for any claim howsoever rising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Bonne Fête to the customer.
  • Bonne Fête shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way.
  • Bonne Fête cannot accept any responsibility for failure to comply with specific instructions stated in our literature or in the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.

Payments & Returns

  • We accept payment by most credit or debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Switch/UK Maestro, Delta and Solo. All transactions are in pounds sterling and are processed in a secure environment.
  • We will do our utmost to ensure that you are delighted with your goods. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases you can return them for a full refund or exchange within 21 days of receipt by completing the following steps:
    1. Complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order.
    2. Return all items in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
    3. Call +44 (0) 121 744 7333 or email info@bonnefete.co.uk for a return address.
    4. We recommend that you return goods via registered post and have adequate insurance cover as we are unable to accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post. Please note that we do not reimburse customers for return postage costs.  
    5. Goods are returned at your own expense unless you are returning damaged or faulty goods for which you will be reimbursed.
    6. We will contact you to confirm that your parcel has been received. You will receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks, and exchanges will be dispatched as quickly as possible subject to stock availability. You may wish to call or email us in advance to check the availability of your chosen exchange items.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to seven working days after receipt of the goods. Please return the unwanted items in the following way:

  1. Return all items in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
  2. Call +44 (0) 121 744 7333 or by email: info@bonnefete.co.uk for a return address and quote your order number and reason for cancelling.
  3. We recommend that you return goods via registered post and have adequate insurance cover as we are unable to accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in the post. Please note that we do not reimburse customers for return postage costs.
  4. Goods are returned at your own expense. We will contact you to confirm that your parcel has been received.
  5. You will receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks less the cost of the original postage.

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your order in 7 working days via our standard £5.00 postage or courier service.
  • We will notify you if an item is out of stock.
  • If you require your order urgently please contact us by telephone and we will try and despatch it as soon as possible. Our 24 hour working day service is charged at an additional £5.00. Express orders must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Packaging

We try to recycle boxes and packing materials sent by our suppliers to limit our impact on the environment. So, if the box you receive has been used before, why not make it a hatrick and do your bit too!
